Is this an example of so-called “Police Brutality” or is this an example of a home office approved resolution of a situation where someone who’s been arrested is violently resisting?
This footage has been secured from the public domain after being posted into the public domain. We have increased the brightness and volume of the footage; and claim no rights of ownership. We would credit the intellectual property owner; but they deleted it before we could establish who they were – Quite possibly because it reveals the fact that the detained person isn’t actually unconscious as previously claimed.
